Botter.io is an AI-powered educational tool that integrates with various learning management systems to provide real-time academic support based on course content. The service is designed to enhance the educational experience by providing support directly relevant to course materials.

Institutions: Institutions must register for an account to manage their subscription and grant access to their students. Institutions are responsible for the accuracy of the registration information and for keeping this information up to date.

Students: Students will access the service through credentials provided by their Institution or as allowed by the service through institutional authentication methods. Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

The service is provided solely for educational purposes to support teaching and learning activities. All other uses are expressly prohibited. Institutions and students must ensure that their use of Botter.io complies with all applicable educational standards and regulations.

All intellectual property rights in the service and its content, including texts, graphics, user interfaces, and software used to provide the service, belong to Botter.io or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Institutions:: Must ensure that their students use the service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and are responsible for any misuse by their students.

Students: Must use the service in an ethical manner, not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or any activity that could be deemed as academic dishonesty.

It is prohibited for any user to:

Copy, modify, or distribute content from the service without prior written permission from Botter.io.
Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service’s systems or networks.

Botter.io reserves the right to terminate access to the service for any Institution or student that violates these Terms and Conditions, with or without notice. Institutions and students may terminate their use of the service at any time by contacting Botter.io support.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Botter.io does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Botter.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Botter.io harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the service.
